It is the responsilibility of the VP Education to ensure that all forms and certificates applicable to the specific contest have been ordered from TMI and will be available when needed. Photocopying forms may violate copyright laws and often will lack critical information shown on the back side of the form. While some forms can be used for all club contests, some are specific to the contest, especially the Judging Forms which usually have different judging criteria and point values.
