The educational system is composed of two separate tracks:

• Communication Track and
• Leadership Track

When you start as a new member, you are automatically enrolled in the 'Communication' track and work towards your Competent Toastmasters (CTM) designation and onwards to Advanced Toastmasters ATM-B, ATM-S, and ATM-G.

While it is preferable to have a good foundation in speaking techniques by completing the full CTM program, you can choose to work towards your Competent Leader (CL) desig-nation concurrently, as long as you meet all of the requirements for that desination.
