The following data is intented to provide a convenient source of up-to-date membership contact data. As seen in the table, it shows the basic phone and e-mail address information as well as a Web ID and Status indicator.

The Web ID refers to the member identification as shown on the Roster.

Additionally, a code (eg C-4, B-0, ATM-B) has been added in order to indicate to newer members the current standing of an individual with respect to speeches completed. This information is useful when assigning roster roles, contest participants, etc. Note, however, that the data represents the status as of the beginning of the regular Fall season and is only updated annually. For an up-to-date status, contact the VP Education (refer to Current Club Executive ) who keeps an ongoing log on each member as speech assignments are completed.
