If you are assigned any roles for the evening and you are unable to fulfill that role, you are responsible for finding a substitution. Contact the appropriate person (as per diagram below) and inform him/her who will take your spot.

• If you are an Evaluator, contact the Gen Evaluator
• If you are assigned to any other role, please contact the Chairperson
