Do you get the butterflies when you are asked to speak in front of a group? Can you confidently express your thoughts and ideas? Do you have enough nerve to ask for a raise?

Most of us have a deep fear of speaking in public, yet we know that effective communication skills can help us in all aspects of daily living - job security and advancement, relationships with family members and getting along with others in general. The Toastmasters organization, through its member clubs, helps you to overcome your fears by providing a supportive atmosphere where you can learn and practice the techniques of speaking in public. Be our guest at our next meeting:

Every Wednesday, starting September 5th, 2007 from

7:30 PM to 9:30 PM
at
Sheridan Residences & Conference Centre
(Adjacent to Sheridan College)
